Notify Your Education Service Deparment
If you decide to homeschool your child then you must send this Notification Letter to your Education Service Department. This letter must also be sent if you move into a new ESD and want to continue to homeschool.
Follow these steps to fill out and send in an Oregon ESD Notification Letter:
- Copy and paste the sample Oregon ESD Notification Letter below into a new document.
- Fill in the brackets with your personal information.
- Print 2 copies (one for your ESD and one for your records).
- Mail a signed copy of your letter to your ESD by certified mail.
