NOTE: If your school district does not have a link below it is because the district website did not offer any information regarding homeschool or provide a homeschool notification form. If this is the case please contact your local school for a homeschool notification form. Feel free to also use the Homeschool Notification Form provided by the Maryland Home Education Association.

  1. Why do some county’s not have a link? I’ve been unable to find a notification form for Baltimore County. Their website gives me an error when I click on the link.

    1. In the note above the table of school districts I explain that not all the district websites have information about home instruction, therefore not all of the county’s have a link. I have the same problem with Baltimore county’s website, a 404 error shows every time I try to click on their home instruction links.
      In the note above the table I also have a link to an alternate notification form that you can use if your district does not provide one.
      Feel free to use it, it has the same information and should work for any district/county.
